The current release of the SheepQTLdb contains 51 QTLs from 13 publications. Those QTLs represent 27 different traits (see data summary for more recent updates). These data have also been submitted to the NCBI Gene and Map Viewer resources, where the information about markers are matched to marker records in NCBI's UniSTS database.
